Harbor Springs Sidewalk Sales will be held at local stores Friday and Saturday, August 18th and 19th rain or shine, inside and outside thanks to Harbor Springs Area Chamber of Commerce’s exclusive sponsor, the Harbor Springs Downtown Development Authority.
