Each year from early October to early November, the meteor shower of the giant Orion lights up the sky, producing about 10-20 meteors an hour during peak activity. This program is about the stories, literature, art and science insprired by Orion, and by the parent comet of the meteor shower, 1P/Halley, in anticipation of the Orionid Meteor Shower.
