‘Farm-To-Table’ Offers Unique Experience In Petoskey Area

After last summer’s 61st birthday bash with friends at Pond Hill Farm in the northwest corner of Michigan’s mitten, the Petoskey-based florist happily crossed off “farm-to-table dinner” from her list.

“The dinner was a very fun experience. Everyone sat at long tables where we could talk with our group, but also interact with the other people sitting around us,” said Burrell of Petoskey, Michigan.

A five-course meal — prepared from ingredients grown on the farm and beer and wine made-on-the-premises — was served. Burrell’s favorite: the potato soup. It was a “pretty shade of purple with swirls of green leek oil…a beautiful presentation that tasted great,” explained Jackie.  Read More . . .
