The 1911 Restaurant at the Terrace Inn is open for dinner mid-June through August daily 5-9 p.m. for indoor or outdoor dining and Friday and Saturday nights through the fall and winter season. In January and February horse drawn sleigh rides are hosted each Saturday night (weather permitting) and reservations are recommended. The restaurant is open to the public and the fare is fresh, prepared on site from scratch, and a good value. House specialties includes our planked whitefish (fresh caught from the Lake!) with piped duchesse potatoes, and broiled spinach/artichoke stuffed broiled tomato, or chicken Hemingway with dried cherries in a light cream sauce. Children's menu available. The bar is stocked with over 100 wines from around the country and Michigan produced, bottled beers, and refreshing cocktails.
We also host brunches, teas, and banquets so consider the Inn for your gathering (from 20 to 150). For weddings and events speak with Belinda Plank.
Thanksgiving, New Years, Valentines and Mothers Day are special occasions to bring a sweetheart, friends and/or family.
