The Little Traverse Historical Museum will be closing for the season on October 2, 2021. The museum’s fall hours are 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Friday and Saturday. Museum admission is $3 for adults. Members and children are always free.
Guests will have the opportunity to experience a variety of displays on local history, including exhibits on Ernest Hemingway’s childhood spent at the nearby Walloon Lake and Lasting Legacies, an in-depth look at various area women and their contributions to the community. Other attractions include a 10-foot toboggan, bump jumpers, and a collection of Odawa baskets.
