Terrace Inn and 1911 Restaurant

The Terrace Inn and 1911 Restaurant is located in Bay View, Petoskey, a summer resort on the National Historic Register. Established in 1911, the Inn has 38 guest rooms and a restaurant serving fine food, beer, wine, and cocktails. All rooms have private baths and a blend of vintage furnishings and modern amenities (WiFi) and Cable TV.  Suites have 1 King Bed, electric FP, jetted bath/tub or whirlpool tub, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. There is no elevator in this historic inn. There are 5 main floor rooms for those that cannot do stairs.

Off-season lodging and dining packages are a GREAT value and we have the best destination for weddings and events off-season up to 125. 

 1911 Restaurant’s menu features famous Planked Whitefish, Walleye, Chicken Schnitzel, and vegetarian options, to satisfy every diner! Desserts are Creme brulee with seasonal berries and whipped cream (we make ourselves), a chocolate dessert with Belgium chocolate also made in-house and Petoskey Murdick’s ice cream. 1911 Restaurant has over 100 wines –  regional, local, and from all over the world.
